To celebrate this recognition, Golden Bauhinia Cantonese Restaurant Head Chef Ho Hau-yuen has designed an "Exquisite MICHELIN Delicacies Menu". The menu includes a fine selection of mouth-watering delights such as Chef Ho's Double-boiled Soup, Pan-fried Prawns with Sweet and Sour Chilli Sauce, Sautéed Ox-tongue and Shallots with Black Bean Sauce, Braised Giant Garoupa Belly with Mushroom and Bean Curd Stick, and Poached Garoupa Fillet with Fish Stock.
