Established in 1993, New World Department Store China Limited ("NWDS"; Hong Kong stock code: 00825) is the retail flagship of the Group in Mainland China and is also one of the largest owners and operators of department stores in Mainland China.

As at 31 December 2025, NWDS operated two major commercial brands, namely “New World” and “Ba Li Chun Tian”, with a total of 21 stores in the Chinese Mainland, covering a total gross floor area of about 890,000 square metres, located in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Tianjin, Changsha, Zhengzhou, Yantai, Shenyang and Mianyang.
