Shenzhen New World Signature Hill Launching Ceremony cum Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Show; Sales reach over 1.6Billion
New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”, stock code: 917.HK) organised “Launching Ceremony cum Forbidden City Jewellery Show of Chow Tai Fook” in the club house of its luxurious villa project, namely Shenzhen New World Signature Hill on 15 May 2015. As the only high-end villa project left in Qianhai Jiangangshan, the launch of Signature Hill has been in the spotlight. The first batch of units has been sold out through internal sale in several weeks and the subscription reached over RMB1.6 billion.
To showcase the bespoke craftsmanship of the project, NWCL cooperated with Chow Tai Fook Jewellery, a 85-year brand and a subsidiary of New World Development Company Limited, and put on a jewellery show at Signature Hill, to pay tribute to the aesthetic arts of the royal palace.
Shenzhen New World Signature Hill is situated in Jiangangshan Mountain in Shenzhen, which is a rare luxurious villa area like the Peak in Hong Kong. Its development concept was inspired by The Artisanal Movement, advocated by the group. Signature Hill manifests a journey of imagination, craftsmanship, heritage, bespoke and contemporary. The overall planning and design was inspired by a legendary architect, Frank Lloyd Wright who created a waterfall villa with the concept of Usonian that complements Jiangangshan Mountain’s natural landscape. Each villa offers unique views to spark boundless imagination.
Embracing the concept of sustainability, the cascading waterfall landscape was designed by renowned landscape designer Bill Bensley, showcasing exquisite craftsmanship in every detail yet preserving the natural environment.
