NWCL was awarded "2007 Leading Overseas Corporate Brand investing in China Real Estate" four years in a row

New World China Land ("NWCL") was awarded the "2007 Leading Overseas Corporate Brand investing in China Real Estate" in Beijing by "China Real Estate Top10 Research Team" in its latest brand value research report. NWCL has been four years in a row in the list of the "Top10 National Real Estate Developers Brand Value" category.

NWCL has improved markedly once again from last year's brand value of RMB 3.1 billion to 5.06 billion, a sharp rise of about 60%.

Top10 Research Team praised the continuous effort of NWCL in localization while maintaining its innovative edge as an overseas developer in bringing in advanced products and practices to the mainland. The team also found the product sub-brand of "New World Garden", "New World Centre", "New World Tower", "New World Plaza" and "New World Hotel" have together reinforced a unified brand name and make "New World" such an recognizable name by the market as something stands for guaranteed quality.

"China Real Estate Top10 Research Team" is a research committee comprising Development Research Center of the State Council, Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, and China Index Academy.
