New World Telecom and New World iMedia win six awards demonstrating the professional and excellent customer service
New World Telecommunications Limited ("NWT") and New World iMedia Solutions Limited ("NW iMedia") today announced winning six awards presented by two professional organizations. These awards demonstrated the high quality customer service provided by the companies, and give us the impetus to continue providing excellent customer services.

NWT and NW iMedia have won the following six awards:
1. 43rd Distinguished Salesperson Award: NWT and NW iMedia are receiving this award for the 9th and 4th consecutive year respectively, with a total of four colleagues winning the award this year. Jointly organized by Hong Kong Management Association and Sales and Marketing Executives Club of Hong Kong, the Distinguished Salesperson Award aims to recognize successful salespersons and their achievements.
2. Customer Relationship Excellence Award 2010: Receiving the award for the 8th consecutive year, NWT has won a total of 2 awards including the winner award for Customer Service Professional of the Year 2010 (Telecommunications- Contact Center) and the merit award for Customer Service Professional of the Year 2010 (Contact Center). CRE award is organized by Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) with the aim to promote service quality and customer service excellence across the Asia Pacific region, and to recognize outstanding customer service professionals.
