New World Development Awarded 2022 Asia’s Best Developer Award
New World Development Company Limited is pleased to announce that the Group and its 11 SKIES project, situated at SKYCITY by the Hong Kong International Airport, have been awarded five awards at the 2022 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, also known as the “Nobel Prize of Asia’s Property Sector”, including two of the highest honours: Best Developer (Asia) Award and Best Mega Mixed-Use Development (Asia) Award.
11 SKIES wins Best Mega Mixed-Use Development (Asia) Award
PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is the region's highly respected real estate awards programme. All winners are nominated by third parties, including industry experts, professionals and consumers; each entry is then reviewed and assessed by an independent panel of judges. A total of 48 awards have been awarded in this year’s edition.
With excellent performances in all areas such as innovative design, unique brand characters, environmentally-friendly facilities, building quality and Corporate Social Responsibility, New World Development comes out on top this year to bag five grand awards, including the highest honour – Best Developer (Asia) Award.
888 Lai Chi Kok Road Wins Best Office Development Award
The Group’s 11 SKIES project, situated at SKYCITY by the Hong Kong International Airport, also wins the Best Mega Mixed-Use Development (Asia) Award, Best Mega Mixed-Use Architectural Design (Hong Kong and Macau) Award, and Best Mega Mixed-Use Interior Design (Hong Kong and Macau) Award. In addition, the Group’s Grade A commercial building 888 Lai Chi Kok Road in Cheung Sha Wan takes home Best Office Development (Hong Kong and Macau) Award this year.
11 SKIES is set to become Hong Kong’s biggest one-stop retailtainment and commercial landmark, commanding over 3.8 million square feet in gross floor area. It boasts Hong Kong’s biggest indoor entertainment zone and will house eight world class entertainment facilities, all of which will make their Hong Kong debut at 11 SKIES.
