Haikou New World Garden Resort Phase II opened for sale
Haikou New World Garden Resort Phase II opened for sale on 26 May with a ceremony held in the project's resort club house. About 30% of the nearly 600 launched residential units were slapped up within ten days achieving an average sale price of about RMB 4,000 per sq.m.
The ceremony was hosted by Mr Eric Lam, Chief Executive of New World China Land Haikou, with Haikou New World Garden Resort Phase II owners, the renowned Mainland China violinist Mr Shen Zhonggue and his wife as guest of honors.
Haikou New World Garden Resort Phase II has a total GFA of about 70,000 sq.m., all of which are mid-rise apartments. Compared to Phase I, more proportion of Phase II apartments lean towards smaller accommodation, which are from 60 to 90 sq.m. The much larger apartments and duplexes are from 120 to 250 sq.m.
Haikou New World Garden Resort has an overall green coverage of 62.4%, including a tropical garden with over 200 different species of plants and vegetations. The project has been popular for its comprehensive array of recreation and resort facilities including luxurious resort style club house, open garden restaurant, rock climbing facility, outdoor swim pool, just to name a few. Over 10,000 sq.m of new amenities like golf course, yacht dock and man-made beach have recently been included.
