Festive celebrations at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong
With festive season just around the corner, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong's team of culinary professionals will prepare a spectrum of seasonal favourites and authentic delicacies from around the world to celebrate with our guests.
On Christmas Eve, the hotel's restaurants will be filled with Christmas carols and live music*. Children will receive presents from Santa Claus* on Christmas Day.
On New Year's Eve, some restaurants will feature live musical performances. A phenomenal 17-piece band will play all the festive favourites on the Mezzanine floor opposite Tiffin starting from 8pm. Guests on both the lobby and the Mezzanine floors will be able to enjoy the festive jazz tunes played by the band throughout the evening. The atmosphere will reach a climax at midnight following the traditional countdown. Festivities will also be extended past midnight for our guests to participate in the countdown together.
With a myriad of cuisines offered at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, guests will be able to find a festive experience tailored for their palate. The newly opened Grand Hyatt Steakhouse celebrates this season with sumptuous cuts of prime meat and fresh seafood. Grissini is the perfect choice for a romantic dinner with authentic Italian fare, exceptional wines and a breathtaking harbour view. Kaetsu offers fine Japanese cuisine as well as a selection of seasonal sashimi pairing with an extensive variety of sakes. With panoramic views of the city's skyline, Tiffin sets the mood for festive buffets with live music. Grand Cafe is the ideal venue for international flavours and casual gatherings with friends and family while outdoor poolside restaurant The Grill serves barbequed specialties. One Harbour Roadpresents delicate Cantonese menus for guests who prefer celebrating with Chinese cuisine.
The Chocolatier offers two deluxe Christmas hampers, Grand Celebration and Grand Occasion with delicious treats for those who would like to express their gratitude to friends and relatives. Items include Billecart Salmon NV; Homemade Potted Truffled Foie Gras; Christmas Butter Stollen and more.
