Corporate Communications will be written in plain language and in both English and Chinese versions to facilitate Shareholders' understanding.
|To facilitate timely and effective communications and contribute to environmental protection, the Company has provided options for Shareholders to receive Corporate Communications by electronic means in lieu of receiving printed copies. Shareholders are encouraged to receive electronic form of the Corporate Communications published on the Company's website and provide their email addresses to the Company to receive email notification of the publication of the Corporate Communications. Procedures are in place for Shareholders to change their choice of language and means of receipt of the Corporate Communications.

|Shareholders are encouraged to participate in general meetings or to appoint proxies to attend and, on poll, vote at meetings for and on their behalf if they are unable to attend the meetings.
|The Chairman will allow reasonable time during the general meetings for questions and comments from Shareholders. Appropriate arrangements shall be in place to encourage Shareholders' participation.
|The process of the Company's general meetings will be monitored and reviewed on a regular basis, and, if necessary, changes will be made to ensure that Shareholders' needs are best served.
|Board members, appropriate management executives and external auditors will attend annual general meetings to answer Shareholders' questions.

|Investor/analysts briefings and one-on-one meetings, roadshows (both domestic and international), media interviews, marketing activities for investors and specialist industry forums etc will be available from time to time in order to facilitate communication between the Company, Shareholders and the investment community.
