This allows customers to enjoy more premium and convenient services over the Internet, 24 hours a day.

Customers can now perform a variety of online services anytime, anywhere through the revamped online service platform, including bill enquiry, bill payment, service subscription and account information update.

York Mok, Chief Operating Officer of NWT, said, "People are very busy nowadays. They need the flexibility of obtaining services at a time convenient to them. As a result, more and more industries are adopting online services to deliver their service. We have developed the 'Online Customer Service' platform, aiming to handle customers' enquiries immediately through our corporate website.
