New World Development Company Limited (“New World Development” or “NWD”) is pleased to announce that the commencement of construction on several residential projects this year. Among them is a low-rise luxury residential development on Rose Street, Kowloon Tong—a prestigious and traditional upscale neighbourhood. The project, which celebrated its groundbreaking ceremony recently, will feature spacious three- to four-bedroom signature units, positioning it as a rare luxury gem in the district.
