Mr. Chan Yiu-Ho

Appointed as an Executive Director in December 2025. Mr. Chan is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.  He joined the Group in January 2000 as Shenyang Regional Financial Controller of New World China Land Limited (“NWCL”, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and successively served as Shenyang Regional Chief Executive, Regional Chief Executive, North China and General Manager of North China and Northeast China, and the Chief Operating Officer of NWCL. Currently, he is an executive director of New World Department Store China Limited (a listed public company in Hong Kong), the Chief Executive Officer of NWCL and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has over 25 years of experience in real estate development in the PRC. Mr. Chan is a Committee Member of the 16th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Shenyang. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Chan worked for an international accounting firm in Hong Kong. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom.
