New World Group has been honoured outstanding achievement in professional communications at the 18th International Astrid Awards. New World Development Company Limited ("NWD", Hong Kong stock code: 17) FY2007 Annual Report has won the Gold Award in the category of "Annual Report - Overall Presentation: Corporations", while NWS Holdings Limited ("NWS"; Hong Kong stock code: 659) has won the Bronze Award in the same category. NWS has also won "Annual Report - Photography" Gold Award and New World China Land Limited ("NWCL", Hong Kong stock code: 917) has won the Silver Award in the category of "Annual Report - Cover".

Annual reports of New World Group have achieved triumph in international renowned competitions in the past years. FY2007 annual reports of the Group were also presented with a number of awards in the 21st International Mercury Awards in February this year. The Awards at the Astrid Awards further justified the Group's outstanding performance in its annual reports.
